The data layer

Why WHOOP changes everything about coaching.

Most coaching programs work from one data source: what you report. How did the workout feel? How are you sleeping? The answers are subjective, filtered through how you’re feeling in the moment, and often incomplete — not because clients aren’t honest, but because most people don’t have an accurate read on their own nervous system state.

WHOOP changes that. It gives your coach objective data that exists independent of how you feel or what you remember. When your recovery has been in the red for five consecutive days, your coach can see it before you’ve articulated it. When your resting heart rate has been trending down over six months, that cardiovascular adaptation is visible in the data even when the scale hasn’t moved.

The weekly data review protocol is straightforward: before each call, share three WHOOP screenshots — Recovery, Day Strain, and Sleep Performance — alongside your training log. Your coach arrives at the call already knowing the shape of your week.

Equipment access

Commercial gym or home gym with adjustable dumbbells (15–40 lb range minimum). No resistance bands as sole equipment.

Age and physical readiness

Best suited for adults 30–65 who are physically cleared for structured resistance training. If outside this range or managing significant joint limitations, reach out before applying.

Weekly data sharing

Three WHOOP screenshots sent before each call — Recovery, Strain, Sleep Performance. Takes under two minutes. Non-negotiable.

Do I need to have done the 12-week Sondera Fit program first?

No — Accelerate is a personalized stress coaching program open to new clients. You’ll complete standard Sondera Fit onboarding including the intake assessment and Total Stress Profile before your program begins. That data is how your coach calibrates the framework to your actual starting point.

What if I'm on a GLP-1 or peptide protocol?

Accelerate is well-suited for members on a peptide protocol. Your coaching is built around what the medication is doing — specifically preserving muscle, managing protein targets during appetite suppression, and addressing cortisol patterns. Everything is coordinated alongside your prescribing provider, not in place of one.

What equipment do I need?

Access to a commercial gym or a home gym with adjustable dumbbells in the 15–40 lb range minimum. A barbell is a plus but not required. The more equipment access you have will increase the variety of workouts. Resistance bands as the sole equipment are not sufficient for this program.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens – you will jump right back into the schedule. What the engagement cannot accommodate is extended unexplained absence — three consecutive weeks of no engagement without communication is grounds for closing the spot. You’re not making this level of investment to walk away from it.

What happens after six months?

Some choose to continue in Accelerate for another engagement – which you will have the first right to retain your spot. Some clients move into Sondera Fit month-to-month at $97/month. Some have built enough structure to run independently. We’ll have a clear conversation in month five so you’re not making that decision at the last minute.

Is the WHOOP really mine to keep?

Yes. The WHOOP 5.0 device and one-year Peak membership are included in your investment and are yours regardless of how the engagement goes. The device ships after confirmation and payment. After the one-year membership, you have the choice to continue at WHOOP’s standard yearly rate.
