Their lived experience, professional credibility, and deep commitment to human potential make them essential stewards of Sondera’s mission to deliver soul-deep, science-backed transformation that actually lasts.
If you’re tired of spinning your wheels, repeating the same patterns, or feeling stuck despite your best efforts—this is your invitation to finally break free.
It all starts with understanding how you’re wired.
Sondera was founded by Scott and Kristen Boss with one mission: to help people stop sabotaging their success and start living a life that actually feels good.
Their inspiration came from the groundbreaking Harvard Grant Study, one of the longest-running studies on human happiness. Its findings? True fulfillment doesn’t come from wealth, status, or achievement—it comes from emotional resilience, meaningful relationships, and living in alignment with your values.
Kristen is a sought-after voice in personal development, known for her bold, no-fluff approach to helping high-achievers break free from burnout and self-sabotage. She previously built a large-scale coaching company that served tens of thousands and became a trusted name in the industry. But behind that success, she saw a deeper need: a company with a mission rooted in transformation, not just performance—a place where growth was about becoming, not just doing.
Scott brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development, organizational health, and strategic growth. He has led high-performing teams and built systems that prioritize people and long-term impact. His passion is creating environments where both individuals and organizations can thrive, and he ensures Sondera is grounded in real results, ethical leadership, and sustainable transformation.
Together, they’re not just founders—they’re a married duo raising two kids, navigating real life, and practicing what they teach. Whether skiing on weekends or cheering from the sidelines with coffee in hand, they believe the happy-well life is built in the everyday moments.
Sondera is the embodiment of their shared vision: to help people stop running in circles and finally build a life that feels like success—because it’s aligned with what matters most.
